Nice hotel set in a renovated ancient building. Great service and co-operative staff. Spacious and comfortable rooms. But if you want a good night's sleep do not get a ground floor room as the ceiling is made of wood and you can hear every footstep of guests above. Rooms not well soundproofed. You can hear everything in the corridors outside the rooms.

Great room, good food and superior service. When we changed hotels (pre-planned due to a wedding) the staff carried our bags 2 blocks for us without asking. The only thing that didn't make this a 5 star rating was that the heat was not yet on in our room.

The staff was so friendly....the decor was very tasteful/interesting, the food was good, though a bit high price for was we got, and there was this awesome 3 foot wide light in our room so we could see even the finest print!!

A beautiful hotel in the historic district of Cusco. Within walking distance of the Plaza de Armas and many great restaurants. The staff was absolutely fabulous and the continental breakfast was the best we had during our trip to Peru. The hotel is set up so that all rooms open up to a courtyard. From our room, we could easily hear people who were talking at a normal volume, but this seemed to not be a problem late at night. It didn't keep is awake.

Location was prefect...5 min walk to main square.
Room was nice. Nice we could change the language of the tv to English.
The patio in the middle was very nice too.
If anything i wish the window above my bed had a blind.
Cocoa tea for free was really good.
Recommended!!!
