Great rooms with awesome location to the plaza...the wait staff was really attentive and friend...they offer free shuttle pick up from airport

Amazing hotel atmosphere. The public areas are just stunning!
The rooms are pretty large, but nothing amazing, they clearly don't have the same charm as the public areas.
The bar is over-priced and slow. For example a coffee costs ~$3 (US), which is outrageous for Peruvian standards. Water bottles in the room are the same price (no free water like in respectable hotels).
All above is trumped (in a negative sense) by the extreme levels of noise. Hotel staff starts at 6am (not sure what they do). Due to the complete absence of sound proofing of the rooms, you wake up instantly and can literally hear the conversations over the next few hours. I've stayed here 2 nights so far (one more to come) and it's not a once off thing.
If you are on holiday, and do not plan on waking up really early anyway, I would definitely recommend you to find another hotel.
