Go to ANY other car rental company.
We had a horrible experience here.
Another car touched ours while we were inside a building and we dont know who it was.
Its ok because i have insurance through my credit card. Then we needed to keep the car for a few more days so we call amd ask how much it would be.
We were told $110 us for the extra days, ok that sounded good.
We were told that we had to pay for the repair of the car up front and were given an estimate.
Upon my wife returning the car the bill was $183 higher than we were told. They put the repair of the car and the extra days which were ok but it was an additional $183 over that.
The estimate of the repair mysteriously increased by $50 and there was an additional $133 that nobody could explain. Nobody wants to speak with us, we have sent multiple emails and a lot of international cell phone time just trying to get an explanation.
Also since we could never get ahold of the manager we could not file the claim with the insurance with my credit card so we were stuck with the charges.
Bottom line is i will never deal with thrifty again and will make sure everyone i know in america and everyone my wife knows in panama will never go there.
