Perfect place for a much needed getaway! Staff were so friendly, the suite was beautiful and breakfast was fresh and fantastic every morning. So grateful we stayed here. Bocas is an amazing experience as well. No regrets!

Great location, wonderful staff, and nice breakfast. Floors were sticky throughout our suite, and should be cleaned properly. The wifi is absolutely atrocious. It didn't work at all on the 3rd floor. There is wifi on buses in Panama, and wifi on the beach, I see no reason why there is zero or slow wifi in a hotel. As a business owner, not having wifi costs me a lot of money. The staff kept lying saying a technician would come fix the wifi issues, technician never showed up in 2 days. Don't advertise wifi when it's non-existent.

Staff is great. The rooms and views are superior. But the PILLOWS and bed are better than the invention of sliced bread. Real talk. Issues with Internet connecting. Happens in every country...Im over It.

Nice and comfortable island hotel. Excellent customer service and very comfortable beds. Beautiful restrooms. Great views. Central and easily accessible location. Handicap friendly and accessibility. Great for couples and families. Very moderately priced and a great value.
