Amazingly Pathetic Services. After wait of one month and all the approvals (handed my set for accidental coverage on 19th Aug) . now they are telling me to wait as parts are being delivered from GOD knows where. If i would have paid them upfront they would have delivered my set within 2 days, now as its a accidental coverage case they are lingering it on. So guys please don't buy Sets under their warranty

Worst Experience ! I Submited My Phone On 3rd May 2017 But Till Date I Call Them On Daily Bases But They Answer Me Same That Some Of Spare Parts Coming From Samsung Official ! And They Did,nt Claim My Warrany I Have To Pay For Repairing ! Stay Away From Greentech

I bought one of the Samsung flagship products with Greentech warranty. The device became dead in 20 days. Got it repaired on warranty only to find out that the rear camera wasn't responding anymore. Sent for repairs again and now there's a visible bump in the screen. Will apply again soon but I have little faith in their products and service now.
NEVER BUY ANYTHING WITH GREENTECH WARRANTY. YOU WILL ONLY END UP WITH A DEVICE REPAIRED MULTIPLE TIMES THAT STILL MALFUNCTIONS.
