Not a busy place yet. Most of shops are still available to let. Accelerators don't work at all. Cleaning standards are low. Parking levels are dirty and horrible. No back up electricity in black out.

Really pathetic building with creepy car park. Most of the shops are vacant. The centre gives a haunted look. Escalators don’t work at all. Only a couple of elevators work with limited floor approaches.

It's a haunted Plaza... With offices of Zameen. Com and few call center, tailors and designers, and many empty offices.

Most of the floors on this building are undeveloped, escalators don't work. Elevators don't work sometimes. By the way there is only one elevator. Parking is abundant. Maintainence is not sufficient.
