Environment is good. Staff is co-operative. Waiting area is good you wont feel any difficulty while waiting. Doctors are competent and friendly. Rates are also affordable (1000 consultancy fee) as compare to other clinics and hospitals especially Hameed Latif which is nearby. A complete house for eye related problems and issues.

Got laser eye surgery done, the Pre op procedures were satisfactory but the Doctor gave zero counselling about the post OP problems. I had to call and check if Inwas going blind or if it was normal! On complaining the Doctor simply said "you should have asked yourself" and did not admit to his mistake. The patients are supposed to be counselled!! Not everyone knows everything about every medical procedure. I was so disappointed that I paid so much money and got such doctors
