The service at the restaurant is terrible. I called for room service and the lady from the restaurant was so rude. Every question I asked her about the menu, she nonchalantly said I don't know. When I asked her to please ask the chef, she refused angrily. Then 70% of the items were not available on the item. Then she proceeded to insist I order water if I want to order it because the staff won't want to come up to my room twice (Shocking). I ended up cancelling my food order. However, service from the bar was excellent, Demian was fantastic and swift in serving. As for the rooms, they are rather mediocre with a few misfits and few mosquitoes

It was great, clean delicious food, less vegetables on buffet menu OK rooms are OK and wonderful service too

Hotel needs to be managed by professionals. I got that local feeling during my stay. Dining room looked like an afterthought. Floor lamp in my room had no plug. There was no toothpaste, toothbrush or shampoo in the room. Towels were white. Not anymore. Finishing was poor. Place has great ratings but is overrated I think. Everything appears nice but in closer inspection you can pick out errors here and there. Wifi was terrible and I was signed out after few hours.
