I stayed here some time ago and as I was adding them to my saved travel sites, saw I had no review here.
This place is great. Very reasonably priced right next to the mall and in a great neighborhood. The family is just as decent a group of people as you could hope for and it's flexible for solo travelers or even families. I also like that it's small enough to be very personable. I hope these guys stick around. You stay here, you are well taken care of.

Lieu paisible et de qualité, dans quartier bourgeois de Managua. Manque quand même une douche de meilleur qualité, des moustiquaires pour tous les lits (chambre lit double et deux lits superposés = 1 moustiquaire).

We stayed here for 2 nights and had an EXCELLENT time! Our hosts were generous and accommodating, and made sure we were taken care of during our stay.
The surrounding neighbourhood is a little bit on the rough side but upon further inspection is actually quite quant and hip. There is a great little coffee shop and pizzaria just steps away, which we enjoyed thoroughly. There is a large shopping centre too, right behind the hotel. Our only hiccup regarding the area was that on our second day there, the rear-view mirrors of our rental SUV were stolen! Thankfully, our hostess helped us to get replacements from a local Toyota dealer in no time so that we could continue our trip to Matagalpa. Secure parking would be great, but they are obviously limited with space.
The hotel and rooms were clean and well stocked. Each room has their own outdoor showers, very beautifully done. We had the king size bed in Room 3, which was very comfortable. There is no A/C, but they provide fans which keep you comfortable during the night.
The pool provided a much welcomed reprieve from the heat! The lounge area was also really cute and provided an excellent space for relaxing with drinks during the day. Fresh fruit, pastries, and coffee are offered for breakfast.
All in all, we loved staying here! The price is an excellent value for what they provide. We would definitely return here on our next trip to Managua!

Anna and family make you feel at home. If you are driving a good map is needed as the streets are not signed. Near the Metrocentro, so everything you need is within walking distance. The pizza place nearby make amazing pizza, one of the best I've had.
