The new maccas is very small. There is only one POS. Couldn't tell where the line started or finished so opted for the self service. The receipt printed blank. We were told it had run out of ink but they didn't attempt to fix it so customer after customer came to the counter with the same problem. We didn't know what our order was, took them a while to find our number. The wait for food was long. A woman was waiting in the Mac cafe for the better part of ten minutes until I alerted staff she was waiting. Floor was gross with old trodden on chips but there is limited seating. The drink machine was broken couldn't get basic fizzy drinks. I'm trying to post pictures of my burger cause it looked like they'd thrown it against a wall before wrapping it. Would recommend this MDS
