I've been a member of Spectrum for about 18 months now, which is about 17 months longer than all my previous gym memberships. The team are very knowledgeable and accessible, managing the fine balance of professionalism and friendliness with ease. My work out programmes are comprehensive and challenging, ensuring my fitness goals are met. The fact that I've renewed my membership and actually turn up to train is testament enough to the positive attitude of the place. Go Trish & Jane, you run a great gym.
