Great gym, great trainers and gymies, quality clean equipment. Not a Posey gym or a grunty gym. A good place for all people regardless of shape, size or age. You are a person there!

Great club! The equipment is brand new, top of the line and there is plenty of it. They’ve managed to create a spacious environment, with all the gear you can ask for right in the middle of the CBD! The Les Mills classes are truly inspirational and on a completely different level than your typical class! Even the virtual classes give you a solid workout. The club is clean, modern and worth every penny. I have gone to many gyms around the world over the years and nothing comes close to this one. Thanks Les Mills Lambton Quay!
