Got yelled at by the owner when trying to return a faulty item. He told me the consumer guarantees act applied to everything in the store except for the jewellery i had bought (which wasn't cheap). He refused to give me a refund although the item had broken after wearing it once. He was aggressive and rude. Do not recommend this shop to anyone.
