Great friendly service at both pick up and drop off. Very convenient being able to pick up in Wellington city and drop off to the airport.

Was a great experience overall! The rental car depot in Wellington is a bit of trek from the city centre (we were thinking of walking and it would have been an hour walk) but upon contacting Omega they were happy to pick us up from our accomodation in town. We got a stationwagon for an affordable price and the customer service at the depot was satisfactory and they answered all of our questions. The car did really well for the 6 days we rented and was quite fuel efficient. Return of the car at Wellington airport was a breeze and they had a shuttle service to the airport just around the corner. Would rent with omega again!

Good services as expectation. Information of prices and terms is clearly stated in the website. They do not overcharge the excess insurance like some other rental companies. And also they do not bond your credit at the beginning like some other companies. Fair business.
This is my third time and will use again if I will go to New Zealand again.

Very friendly service. No high pressure sales tactics to influence you to buy extras or a full tank of gas like the big companies such as Avis try to do. Easy to pick up and drop off the car. They even offered us a ride back to our hotel.

Had a great experience. The car I booked online was exactly the same as the one I collected. The teams I dealt with were efficient and courteous on both pickup and drop off.
I'd use Omega Rental Cars again and would recommend them to my friends and family.
I only have 4 stars as I almost never give a 5.
