Queenstown staff are so rude, unhelpful and treated us as if we were stupid. Don't think we will ever rent off them again. At least not in Queenstown.

Guys, I used to rent campervan and motels with Jucy and so far things are good. But when I rent a cheapo (it's really looks like a cheap car) from JUCY queenstown, I got threatened by a Jucy staff call Marz.
Before I rent the car the staff told me I can extend the rental while I needed. Then when I call for an extend while I am somewhere far away, and road condition Is bad and slippery, the operator Marz told me I have to return the car by THAT NIGHT or NEXT EARLY MORNING in a very unfriendly commanding manners, or she will "CALL THE POLICE for unauthorised manner." And I told her I AM WILLING TO PAY AND IF THE COMPANY RECEIVED MY PAYMENT FOR EXTENSION REQUEST, she said by the phone is recording and Her terms and conditions, I MUST IN TIME or "POLICE".
Well give me some logic.
I was like what the hell, Is that NZ hospitality? For late returning rental and willing to pay for the extension and the rental company "NO, WILL CALL POLICE". Pick some human and educated staff Jucy.

Hired a rental car, it was clean and tidy, with a full tank of fuel. Went well, had no issues, staff were really helpful. We picked it up and dropped it off within a two minute flat walk from the entrance to the airport building.

Easy access, good location.
Well maintained and well equipped campervans.
No hassles within my 3 week rental. Clever integrated sink, water tank, fridge and cooking space in the back.
Google for available discount codes to use for an online reservation.
