I had a mini day spa today with Mel. Lovely girl, beautiful massage, facial and pedicure/manicure. Loved my experience. Would recommend. Thank you Mel! :D

Such an unprofessional service & they charge high prices. Booked in for a shellac manicure & pedicure. The owner kept swapping the therapist mid way through my treatments. So there was no consistency and the treatments were not done well. Pedicure - removed no hard skin. Shellac was so rushed & not put on correctly. Guarantee will not last 3 weeks like it should. I was so dissatisfied & annoyed I paid $75 for this. I could have just painted my nails myself.
