I could not rate Anna higher, Indy came home looking fantastic. Anna even sent photos when i asked. Indy obviously was very happy there. Thank you so much.

I would highly recommend Avon Cattery. It was our first time leaving our cat anywhere and from the minute we walked through the door we were welcomed. We were very impressed with how clean the rooms were. Other catteries we had visited had that typical smell of litter trays, not here. Anna was great in making us feel at ease with leaving our puss Hamish while we went on holiday back to Scotland where my husband is from - for a whole month! (my husband and I don't have kids so Hamish is especially precious to us!)
We also got updates throughout our holiday on Facebook which continued to reassure us that Hamish was happy and being looked after. We really liked the large area at one end where the cats can roam free and play in a safe and secure indoor/outdoor area with toys and scratching posts.
We will definitely continue to use Avon Cattery in the future as the experience was great and Hamish settled back at home quickly.

Family emergency in the north island meant needed a safe place for Zara my highly strung Cornish Rex. I chose well. Avon is small and really friendly. Perfect. Anna kept me up to date with her antics. Very reassuring.

My wife and I left our cat here for nearly two weeks whilst over seas. Anna was absolutely lovely with the whole experience.
It was easy to arrange the booking and have the ability to drop off outside the normal hours. They fed her both biscuits and jelly meat and we left some of our treats there as well which she gave to her each day.
Halfway through the stay she sent us some text messages with an update on how she was doing with the staff and the other cats (Traditionally isn't so fond of other people!) along with some picture messages where she looked extremely calm and smoochy)
On all three visits, the facility smelt & looked clean and the cats all happy. The cats get individual yard time on top of the already good sized inside / outside private room.
When we collected our cat she was happy and gave Anna a big smooch as well (Still quite shocked about that!) and looked very well fed.
We will be booking our cat in over Christmas with absolutely no worries at all!
