Went to macdonlds eastgate this morning for a blt bagle got told to wait for bacon this was at 5:35 20 mins l8r no blt car in front still waiting had to leave as was going t be l8 for work. shocking waist of my time and money wont be back

I wish i could give zero stars to Eastage Mcdonald but cant do much since there is no option as such in this rating. Hopeless service at Eastgate Mcdonald's. There has been serveral times my order was wrong through that drive thru. I went in last night and AGAIN my order was wrong! I did see the girl at the window asking the other team memeber if the order was right b4 handing it to me. She seemed bloody sure it was right. But with my past experience i knew i had to check one more time. And yes they did it again!! The order was wrong! AGAIN!! Plus the packing! My God! I ordered food worth of $40. They shoved all that food in one bag! Like seriously!! Where is ur bloody common sense!? The bag was ripped and my food was everywhere!! I did sort out my order eventually and came home. When i set down to enjoy my cold food (because of the staff's stupidity, my food went cold) i realised my sweet and sour sauce was missing. Which i really enjoy and is a MUST with the nuggets for me. I actually did confirm with the crew at the window if she put in the sauce and as always they disappointed me. I just wasted $40 worth of food last night. With the crew's stupidity and sorting out my order, my food went cold. I know McDonald is a busy place, but if Manager's and team are making mistakes over and over again and are so sure of there service of being perfect, then Eastgate has some rethinking to do. Coz i am one constant unhappy customer who threw her food away last night and had noodles for dinner. And " M NOT LOVING IT"!

Dry and crusty chicken and beef, so tough I couldn't even bite through it. If I was eating in I would have taken it back and got my money back. Fries were cold and dry like eating cardboard. I thought they had protocols in place to avoid these situations. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. EDIT: My parter said her nuggets were like rocks, and she nornally likes them... She won't go here again either.
