Sitnarong muay thai is by far the most friendly and motivation gym i have trained at. The people are welcoming and the trainers are friendly and have a high level of knowledge to help people at any level of experience to better themselves. If your looking to get fit, fill in your afternoon or push yourself and step into the ring dont hesitate to pop on down and make your self known!

I have made significant strength and fitness gains since I have used Knockout personal training. The one on one sessions have really helped me reach my goals. I also strongly recommend the Thai boxing class which pay a lot of attention to using good technique. If you’re looking to get fit or learn Thai boxing this is Number 1 in the south island.
