Careful! Very aged cars 10-20 years old.High insurance excess, higher the Cars worth probably. And they will rip off you on opportunity like us. High damage repair costs, several "fees" like lost rental days at triple! higher rates etc. Do. Not.Trust. them.

So disappointed about the whole service, in Nelson.
The car we have been given, for 4 days
(600$ Including Drop off to Chrischurch )
- was way too old to be driven safely and it was dirty.
We had to pay before seeing the car, and it was already too late, 30mn later, to talk about the insecurity we'd experienced
After 24 h of trying to have someone to deal with us, we hardly managed to be refounded only for the drop off Christchurch's fees.
So disappointed about the whole service, in Nelson.

Friendly people but plenty to improve on sorry guys! Given wrong car (without current rego card) so had to go get a new card at our expense. Abit uneconomical and we wondered if it was going to make it around Canterbury! Was good of them to drop us at airport but limo really badly needed an internal clean and can I suggest you invest in a hands free cellphone kit? Didn't really like the phone calls being made while you drove us.
