It's a really nice place to chill out. Nice restaurants and handy to Albert park and the cbd.

Great late night hangout with lots of decent eateries and good vibes. Plenty of dessert options. There is a lot of construction happening currently but once it is done this area will really shine.

Chancery Square looks very sad nowadays. Too many closed shops - rents too high? Still it is worth my while to walk through the mess of late era capitalism to get to Snowman
