Very cheap and huge place can find space on any day. I usually walk in the city after parking there for whole day.

When you enter the parking always go UP, as if you went down, like me, there is no way to go up anymore and you will find yourself stuck in all reserved parking and the only way out is to pay 3 dollar parking fee.
