The nurses are very unhelpful, they take forever to reply back to urgent calls no matter how many times you call them and leave a message.

If you want free physio go the physiotherapist in here. Covered by ACC for all sport related injuries

It IS a depressing environment to be in , too small & just don't go . Go to a different clinic .
