A pretty good place. Most of the medicine prescribed by the university doctors can be taken from here. They have post office as well so you can post domestic as well international letters from here. Staff is really very helpful too.

Didn't have a great experience here. My first experience at this place wasn't great they tried to charge me for a government funded spacer for my inhaler. My second experience just recently i was given the wrong form of my inhaler even though I specified to my doctor the kind which I use. Was given Ventolin instead of Respigen, they tried to tell me there was no difference however respigen is government funded and contains alcohol. Tried to blame me for this mistake saying I should have told them which one i was on, a quick check could have informed them other wise.

My experience is always positive here. I am always treated like a loyal customer. I also enjoy the bargains at the front of the store. I came in a couple of weeks ago for the first time in a while (as I've completed my degree now). The staff remembered me and made me feel valued and welcome.

I've been going to this chemist for years now, and always found the staff really kind. Very confidential and professional. I really can't understand the bad reviews people have left. Another bonus is that there are often some really cheap deals you can get on certain vitamins etc.

EXTREMELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not all of them, but specifically the lady who operates the courier post counter just beside the entrance. At first she ignored me by checking herself through her small makeup mirror and then as i asked questions she was UTTERLY RUDE. She answered as if I've killed her mother. Even when I thanked her she was not smiling and nodded aggressively. I hated my experience there with her. How could an ignorant person like her be the front face of a customer service. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS
