Ducks, Swans and other birds. Playground, BBQ areas and nice lake. Lovely place to go for a walk with or without the kids.

Great park in central Auckland. Extensive walking tracks and enjoy the view with all the bird and their young. Also had a quick stroll through the new Japanese Garden.

I love the place my family have been coming here for years attending the annual pasifika festival..and jogging walking around the lake. what has stopped is the picnics my family use to enjoy.
Main reason duck droping mostly all over the park which spoils the picnic part.But its good feeding the ducks even a few of them may chase after you or your younger children
