No nonsense fitness with plenty of equipment and good atmosphere.
Staff are friendly and usually happy to help at the door.
Key tags are crucial - they will not let you into the gym otherwise.
There is a new functional area on the 3rd floor where the showers and lockers are, which is maintained well and clean.
Massage chairs are available for use for black card members - highly recommended, although they stop after 15 minutes. You could always ask staff to keep it going again, which is nice if you're wanting the massage to continue.

Gym has nice facilities, however this one needs some punching bags and speedballs. Some of the reception staff could have a more welcoming personality that would be a great help in boosting the morale of some gymgoers. This guy just looks so depressed all the time.

Huge gym. Multiple squat racks so not so much of a wait. Friendly staff, and the fact that it's 24 hours is awesome.

Love this gym! Cool vibe, great range of equipment - I'm loving the new functional area! Motivating classes, friendly and helpful staff :)

Gives great value for your money. Gym is complete with a almost all the facilities you'll need for your workout. Their $6.99 NZD deal is really hard to be if you're willing to do the contract period. There are a lot of people at peak hours, but there are off hours where the size of the facility is more than enough to accommodate the few people that go there at those times.
