BEWARE of FRAUD: No refund was given to me for a book advertised, that actually wasn't in stock that I paid over $100 for. I was emailed to say that it was not in stock and that they would refund me, but after 6 weeks they have not refunded me, and made no communication to me. They won't answer their landline number. They closed off my help request tickets with 1 response. "this has been refunded to you". But it never has been. When I asked where they made the refund to and when, they closed off my ticket request.
