Used to go here a long time ago. First time back and its still great. Friendly staff and customers. Great food and beer options. Stil got the atmosphere for kiwi's who love their rugby. Nice to go somewhere in the city that stil has the good old kiwi traditions. Thanks Empire.

Catch me here every Tuesday night for trivia! Quiz nights are always entertaining and fun. There's a great vibe and atmosphere, and the drinks are great. If you get the Empire Rewards card, there's a $50 deal that gives you a pepperoni pizza and kiwi keg (~4 beers)- a fantastic deal.
I highly recommended this place. The staff are super friendly and the Eton Mess dessert is INSANELY DELICIOUS! Just try it. You can thank me later. 😘
