Worst company ever!!! They didn't take me with them, because I asked if I can sit in the front, because I get sick in the back. They said no and that they don't want complaining people in their bus so they called police to kick me out and they said they are allowed to, because the bus is theirs. Never got my money back!!! Never again!!!!

Last Saturday was my yongest sisters wedding. I would do her make-up. I live in London and decided because the coach stops in Utrecht, mijn stadje, that I would do that and take the coach back the evening of the day I arrived. I called the service line London on Firday mornig and gave them the details of my ticket. I was told that no busses went on that day. Since I had already booked my ticket I asked eurolines where they thought this coach was going: "Bucharest"answered Eurolines....and no coaches go on Saturday evening from Bucharest to London. I explained that this was no concern of mine since my ticket was a return from London to Utrecht. Much time went by and after some time Eurolines took note that I had spelled U T R E C H T and they must has mistaken the spelling of the town..and easy mistake? Anyway I was given a number that did not work and told to book on-line. I did as I was adviced and when I went on-line my ticket was closed and I was not able to ad the return journey to my booking. I, immediately, went on-line nd contacted Eurlines again. Because of the mistakes by Eurolines some time had passed. By the time I received an answer the only answer was that I was not going to get a refund...I had not asked for a refund but help booking a return. Adding that, again another name other than U T R E C H T was typed in Eurlones customer services. The whole thing was so upsetting that I could not tell my Sister and her Husband the reason of not being abe to attend their weddi ng. It was all to rediculous to be true....This is why I am wring this because, hopefully, some Eurlolin es Services Person will read this and get back to me...admit their mistakes and learn
