Friendly but inexperienced and uncaring staff. It was hard to place an order for drinks and it took more than 15 to arrive when only two tables were occupied. All empty glasses remained on our table and the bar was their collecting point for other empty glasses the rest of the evening.

Good location at a lake, ok food, but terrible service. Honestly hardly ever experienced a place where the service is this bad. Been to this place 5-6 times (for the good location mainly) and every time it's the same chaos. There's constant miscommunication among the waiters, food takes ages to get to you (on some occasions waited for an hour), sometimes one of the group gets their drink within 5 minutes but the others get their drink only 30 min later and its often the wrong drink (when you ask them about it they never have a clue what went wrong, but this has honestly happened almost every time we were there), some waiters are not friendly and rude (not all of them though) and we even had several times where we got the wrong dish brought to us after waiting for an hour, or the same dish being brought to again for no reason after we had already finished it. when we sit there with friends we already start to make jokes beforehand about "what will go wrong this time" and every time sp far it actually has gone wrong :) this place has the potential to be awesome and become one of the best places in the area, with a unique location, but it clearly lacks a good operational manager, experienced waiters and on busy days needs more kitchen personel to be able to deliver orders at least twice as fast. 2 stars because of the good location

The service was nice. The food was semi-decent, but a bit expensive for what you get. The place lies in a beautiful location.
On my part it was a decent experience, but my vegan friend got a soup with chicken in it, while she asked twice if it had meat in it. We did have drinks of the house for the incident. (Which was only the water and not the wine.)

The hamburgers were cold and the bread really hard. My sister ordered the vegan main dish and it was so oily we had to send it back, she asked for a different vegan dish and they offered the soup of the week, when she finished she realized there were pieces of chicken on it. Even though she asked the waitress if there was any meat on it and she said that it was with out. I think that for the quality of food and for the service this is also overpriced.
Most important thing, maybe the service should learn the menu before talking whatever, or just ask somebody who knows if they are not sure about something...

Nice location. Good view. Drink and sneaks are OK. Main dishes are pretty good. The service sometimes slow. But in general good impression
