Really lovely hotel. The owner had no problem after we arrived in late hours. Breakfast had a great variety of food (personal I would like more vegetables). Rooms are clean and the bets OK :)

I never leave hotel reviews because ussually I don't have anything to add to the existing ones. This one is the exception and I want to give this place the best rating. I was having breakfast at a place in a small town 20 minutes away from Schiphol Airport and asked for recommendations to stay the night. I went there because the fare seemed fair to me, without expecting very much because I was paying similar fares for below-average hotels. After checking in I was astonished. The estate is located in a nice street and has its own pier on a lovely lake.
The facilites are from a five-star international complex but with the cozyness of a family-operated boutique hotel. Just to name something that didn't met my needs, I asked about the laundry service, they didn't had and I couldn't find any in the closest town (Uithoorn) so be adviced to carry the clothes you will need.
The facilities, internet access, breakfast/restaurant and attention were always on par with the best hostels.
Be advice that this is a 8-room hotel, you won't find amenities like swimming pool (haven't seen one in my whole week in the netherlands), gym, spa or business center.
