The facilities are worthy the fee and the restrooms and SPA are spotless. Classes are many and trainers, generally, reliable. The major flaw is the customer-service: that's incredibly disapponting for a club that charges 1000 Euro a year to its members. There's an army of staff at the counter and yet, twice in a week, they failed to book me an individual training, causing me to re-schedule my day twice to be at the gym on time to then having no training at all. That's an example of how unprofessional and careless they can be. I know people who left the club for that reason. I hope, through feedback, that they'll improve in time.
