HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DOCTOR'S OFFICE!
When I transferred from my old doctor in February my transfer papers were lost, I found out that I was not registered and transfer wasn't completed at the moment WHEN I got complications from the illness and needed direct help.
Eventually I got some sort of a consultation by phone and got prescribed with the antibiotics, also by phone. Naturally I was ensured that the transfer will be completed.
Later on in April I have come to the desk of the office to request a consultation in order to get a prescription for the pharmacy. Guess what, that's when I have found out that I wasn't registered and that 4 months later the transfer was not completed once again!!!
In July, when the transfer was FINALLY completed (by the way it was from one dutch to another dutch doctor's office so nothing international involved) my university has requested me with the proof of illness from February and the doctor's note.
At the desk of the doctor's office I was denied with any help or proper explanations as I was told by the assistant that the formal university request is required, I even had a feeling that assistant has vented on me. Later on when i forwarded the official University request to my doctor T.J. Schenk my e-mail was was never replied!!
This ridiculous administrative mess and negligence are not supposed to happen when you pay for insurance and services like everyone else does. Do not recommend this office to any international or dutch students or people who want to have a transparent treatment and feel safe.
