All the problems described below are part of the same issue: the staff behaves as if the restaurant was much better than it really is and that they can get away with anything.
Made a reservation for 20:30 could only sit twenty minutes later. The staff did not seem to care we had a reservation nor told us anything or apologized. We had to wait outside in the cold and rain.
The food was underwhelming, especially the funghi pappardelle were watery and tasteless. Ridiculous for a 17 EUR dish.
No soap in the toilets, none was put in after we asked, brought the bill in mid meal for some reason, staff gave a snappy comment about the reservation to the first guest that arrived.

Fresh and delicious Italian fare! We ordered the Pulpo to share and Anatra bucatini and Scorfano black spaghetti. All were fantastic.

Excellent Italian cuisine, friendly, outgoing staff, wide range of choices for pasta and antipasti. Linguini al vongole allo Scoglio, perfetto.

Very cosy restaurant, welcoming staff. The bruschette, artichoque lasagne and strozzapretti are delicious!
