Good location, lovely atmosphere and employees. The bagels are delicious. Good for a bite with friends but also for studying.

Terrible service. Waited 10 minutes to have a latte served to me. After 20 more minutes my bagel order still didn't show up. I left after expressing my displeasure and paying for my latte. They discounted the latte…who the heck cares about that.
