Food is okay; rather busy lounge; good drinks and large number of co-workers to help service you.

Good: early in the morning like 6am is quiet.
Bad: Have some food/snack but is really typical European food. They don't think about other customer from different continents.
Bad2: no is port for device charging.
Bad3: place/furniture are old, had not update for long time

Love this place. The KLM agents are always so friendly and helpful with upgrade requests. The sparkling wine is nice for a break away from the busy Airport terminal

Clever of KLM, because they make sure their passenger's are on time, because they do not want to miss visit to KLM lounge
