Stayed in a ground floor room, was a good size but faced directly onto street with no soundproofed windows. Could hear everything on the street all night. Student city so you get students out all night speaking loudly no matter what time it is. Single beds were horrible, soft and on coasters, had to sit on bed carefully or it would roll away. Carpet was worn through, blackout curtains on windows were no good.
Breakfast is good, but doesn't make up for the low quality of room.

Bathrooms are tiny and breakfast isn't very good. Location is great though.

Nice hotel! We had a suite with private sauna! :) breakfast was goed, staff was friendly!

I just spent 4 nights in this hotel. My room was large and spacious. It's the one with the hotel flag pole attached, and has 3 floor to ceiling windows. The room is also very clean and has a mini bar, TV and strong wifi signal. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is a feast; lots of choice and variety. Next time in Delft, I will stay here again. Thank you for making my stay in Delft a memorable one.
