Currently, this hotel is owned by an Indian family. Same as other customers comments, the staff/manager cheats customers, charges your money from your credit card without giving you any invoice or letting you known. They just used your credit card as an ATM. When you back home and know they charged you extra money without your consent, it is too late. They never responded your questions. You cannot get your money back. They ruined the reputation of the hotel. Never, never book this terrible hotel if you don’t want to lose your money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrific night at room 72C, because of mice in the ceiling. Hotel management is not helpful, they just want to get paid

The worst experience at a hotel ever!
!!!!!!!Avoid staying at this hotel. They are cheating people!!!!!!!!!

I reserved the Junior suite for 5 days but I got a small double room instead. I complained about it, but they refused to give my any refund or my money back. The staff was very unfriendly. If they tell you that you have to talk to the hotel manager, please, be aware that there is nobody like that - I spent there 5 days and it was impossible to meet the person.
Do not pay anything before you see your room. They might cheat you and give you much worse room and you will not get any money back!!!

Stayed twice
First time a very nice appartment
With fridge , cooker , microwave , dishwasher
Very nice
However quite nosy due to other appartment having wooden floors
Shower over bath could be improved
Mind the Dutch stairs up the flight of stairs
Second time room not in main hotel but over the road
Entry hall worn out carpet
Room ok but nothing special
But no fridge or even kettle
Breakfast was good and have as much as you like
Nice coffee
Helpfully staff
Location very good
5 min to train / tram
6 min to bus
Would I stay again ?
If I had to be in Delft maybe but for the money Rotterdam is better value

At the end of a cycle tour of Holland and stayed here because most of the reviews were great. Of all the places we stayed in during our holiday this was by far the most expensive at €130 a night for a twin room. Unfortunately it did not live up to expectations. We were put in a room in an adjacent building which was not en-suite, with a desk, chair, only one bedside table, a TV that did not work, a random bookcase, beds and that was it. Nowhere to hang anything. For just one night, I thought at least we can get some sleep, but the noise from the street meant it was quite disturbed. For the price, we expected better. Make sure you get a room in the main hotel at the back.
