this review of is based on the treatment of our cats two years ago, by now things may have changed. Communication is not the strong suit of this clinic. Our cat fell on scaffolding pipes and was gravely injured. this clinic send us to a more advanced animal hospital where the cat recieved specialized care. This is the standard procedure in such cases. The cat did not survive and was put through a lot of stress. this could have been avoided with a better initial assessment. Tom, the VET however claims that we choose to euthanize our beloved cat, because we would be to lazy to take care of a cat with a handicap. This is a very harsh verdict and hurtful, we only let Spook go because we were told that she would always be in pain. We also took another cat here, who died of old age at 18 and communication did not run smooth. I'm sure Tom cares about his practice but maybe he needs to work on his people skills in order to get the animals he cares for what they need.

They take really good care of my two dogs and they don't mind speaking in English with me. Sometimes, same day appointments can be difficult, but they are very understanding. I have complete confidence in the care they give my dogs!

Belde om een afspraak te maken voor mijn trillende halfdode kat die van het dak is gevallen met gebroken poten en benen. Stuurde me gemakkelijk weg omdat ze 'niet na 6 uur afspraken maken'. Belde vervolgens naar dierenkliniek vondelpark waar ik al langer ga en stelden me gerust dat ik er de hele avond langs kon komen met mijn doodzieke kat.
