English speakers beware, they will ensure to talk about you loudly (in another language), laugh at you, and make you feel like a huge burden. This is the first shop in Amsterdam where not speaking Dutch was an actual problem.
Not to mention, their restaurant/deli setup is illogical and the service for sit down is unbearably slow.
Good food, but barely worth the unpleasant service. Too bad.

In the twenty years I've been living in Amsterdam now, I've seen a lot of Indonesian toko's, none of which are bad, only some ranging average, most of them good and only a couple of those great and/or fantastic. Toko Bandung definitely belongs to the latter. Great assortment, the kindest personnel, very good prices and the most delicious food (and genuine Indonesian snacks)!!
