The company did a great job organizing the event, the email correspondence also went swiftly. Everyone had a blast playing bubble football and have a feeling we might want to do it again :) Highly recommended as a team building activity!

Thank you to Original Tours for the lovely day we had. The bikes were brand new and worked perfectly well. Also, the shop assistants were very friendly and kind and they recommended us some places to visit in Amsterdam. If I ever go back to Netherlands, I will absolutely go to this shop.

I really liked trusting in Original Tours because thanks to them and its service, my pals and me were able to visit lots of Amsterdam places. We rent bicycles and they worked so good! Also liked the treat we received in the shop, the guy who was in there helped to us a lot to find the places we were interested in. Thanks Original Tours & events, we will come back!

They were a very good service until the last day. When we went to return our bikes they charged us 50 euros as they claimed the back tire was broke. We asked them to show us where it was broken but they couldn't. Ended up paying the 50 euros so we could get our passport back.
