De lessen zijn inhoudelijk van hoge kwaliteit, echte goeie leraren. Heel fijn vind ik dat ze ervan uitgaan dat ieder lichaam anders is en een andere aanpak nodig heeft.

Fantastic! Hands down the best Yoga lessons I have ever been to. Can't say that much about all the different teachers (I've only been to three of them), but I have always been over the moon with Katrins lessons. Lovely atmosphere, very good instructions (and corrections, if needed) and just an overall feeling of being welcome. I could say it's "inspiring" - if only that didn't sound so cheesy... Just go and experience for yourself!

It was a kind instructor and the garden is nice. But unfortunately thats all the positive things i can say about my (one) lesson with R.
The lesson was not yoga in my eyes. It were very simple moves (some downward facing dogs) and then we went to stretching for 1 hour. Yes this was Yin in his eyes, just some regular fitness/sport stretching we had to hold on for 2 minutes. For 1,5 hours my friend and i where counting down the minutes with boredom (this we did not know from each other, we spoke about the lesson afterwards).
It really felt like a waste of money. Maybe because it is in a fitness centre, sportsman like to do 'yoga' at Yoga Garden for some stretching, but then call it was it is. Stretching lesson.
(I might have just been very unlucky and that all the other teachers are great! I've only had one teacher i am basing my review on).
