Horrendously rude and unhelpful staff. As if they were recruited simply to piss off customers. Picked up a package that was delivered to me damaged. They refused to give me any tape or assistance to secure the package they delivered in a damaged state. Unbelievable.

The worst possible customer service. Couldn't find my parcel for two days and I had to go back three times.

The prime example of UGLY Dutch "customer service". Apparently MoneyGram senders do NOT get the priority of their attention. I went in (I had sent money at that place before), there were two people paying before me. They told me to go on the side and wait. So I did. Yet they continued to help a whole bunch of other customers who came after me. I asked how long more I should wait, the Asian guy told me MoneyGram "takes a long time so if you don't want to wait you should go to MoneyGram location at Damrak". WTF are you f***ng kidding me??? I had sent money through them before (not on such busy days) but they showed their real face this time. I am very disappointed, they will not see me again and I hope they do not stay in business for much longer! :::flush::::
