To the "stamp scam victims" - PostNL sells you stamps by the ten, it's their policy so give PostNL one star.. No need to be angry with the boys here who can't do shit about that.
So, my reveiw: Very friendly staff. They always help me close my packages without me having to buy any tape. Hint: I ask nicely and only when there's not 17 people waiting.
Moreover, these guys were always helpful back when I still smoked and forgot my wallet at work or stuff like that. "Sure, familiar face, no problem, pay it when you have your wallet again."
It sure gets busy sometimes and even when they're three strong you sometimes have to wait. But there's not much room for any more people and the five minutes of waiting for your Zalando shit saves you a couple of hours in the infernal Kalverstraat.
And I never see them frown when some sweaty, stressed out figure loses his mind because his precious shipment hasn't arrived or wasn't accepted by PostNL. They patiently explain that a tirade in some exotic language is not going to change anything and how they can better just follow the usual procedure, etcetera. Ladies angrily complaining about a dent in their carton box, dudes who seem just one last shot of heroin away from dying on the spot, paying for their tobacco with 5 cent pieces, sure, no problem. They have more patience than I do, that's for sure. So yeah, happy to have them!

Extremely bad service! I went to the shop twice:
The first time I wanted to send a package to Germany, on which I also wrote the address myself. However, they placed another sticker on it with a complete wrong address. I spend 20 euros on it!!
Second time I wanted to send a letter to Germany and again terrible service. No help on how many stamps were required and I had to purchase 5, eventhough I needed only 1.
Terrible! Nobody is interested or qualified to take packages. Always way overprized. Go somewhere else.
