The staff are so rude!!!!! I was so disappointed to use postNL. I had also very bad experience at Post NL at WFC. Please tell me where is a post officer where has normal services.

Very lovely people! As I am an expat, sometimes Dutch people are not very friendly when I speak English, but nothing like that at this place. One time I was asking about advice on what to give for a wedding of mine Dutch friends, another time I was looking for some nice package for a bottle of wine and lady in the shop spent 5 minutes to nicely wrap up my bottle of wine so it looked like a gift and she did it for free! So, awesome experience every time.

I'm posting 5 stars just to even out all the negative stuff in here. People, this is a pick up point for PostNL, the people at the shop are not the ones to blame if your package doesn't get delivered, you are barking at a wrong tree :) I never had an experience with them being rude. Yes, you need a valid picture id to pick up a package, what's strange about that? The opening hours could be longer, but this is the case will all Primera.

Incompetent and rude staff.. It's the fourth time they couldn't find my package and I had to call PostNL to arrange everything, and on top of that they were really annoyed that I came to check again the day after.
Not to be rude or anything, but they should just chill out and leave their life peacefully and make space and give a job to a young person..

Seriously unhandy opening times from a place that is supposed to handle packages and can not even use a EU drivers licence as proof of identity. Remember to take your passport with you if you are picking up a package.
