The customer service here is absolutely disgusting. Never had so much difficulty claiming a package in my life. Post NL needs to stop doing business with them.

We went here to add money to our transit cards. When we walked in, the machine had a sign on it stating it was broken. After the machine in the Albert Hein refused our non-European debit cards, we needed a way to add funds. The young woman behind the counter was very helpful! She was able to add funds to our transit cards and she was very pleasant. More than I can say to the women running the service/cigarette counter at the Albee Hein around the corner. Many thanks to the local dude who suggested we try the Primera.

The older Dutch woman is so rude. Every time I have to go here for something I get the same attitude from her. Last time she just refused to find my package, told me it was never delivered and to call Post NL. When I called post NL they confirmed the package had been scanned in by the store and they had to call the store on my behalf to get her to look for it.

They were very very rude, especially the guy. The way he talked to me like I was a beggar, and his eyes and tones were full of despise. I had a lot of heavy things to mail internationally including museum albums, but didn't have enough cash and my credit card was Visa card which was unaccepted by their store. They refused to store my stuff for me temporary while I went to withdraw cash, which was ok, only the way that the guy refused was very offensive. I figure if not for the law he probably would kick me out already. Then I managed to find another postal which accepted Visa. I asked them about the previous store, was told that they were well known for their rudeness towards the customers. That guy was a disgrace to the Natherlands people.
