Fair price but very bad service. They put 2 separate groups of 6 and 2 people in bowling alleys next to each other. For the same price the group of 2 people get the same amount of food as 6 people - absurd. No clarification that food is for the whole group and not per person. Overall an ok experience but I really expected better from Amsterdam. Staff don't seem to be too happy working here.

The bowling alley itself is that great, but the lights make it a pleasant affair. The fact that they got laser tag and the mini golf in the same venue not far from the central station makes it a great hangout spot for a relaxing evening.

Decent price for an hour's bowling but the shoes all seemed to be random sizes not what was written on them, drinks service non-existent for me but the group of locals were being served regularly! Place is not air conditioned so got very hot and humid after a while.

Pretty standard set up and definitely good fun. However I think it is completely irresponsible of them not to give paying customers free tap water. With all the running around you do in laser tag, I got really dehydrated and felt sick. When I asked for some water was told I had to buy an overpriced meagre sized bottle of spring water. They probably won't change their policy so my recommendation is to take a big bottle of your own in with you!

Fun laser games, mediocre service

We went here with a group of 12 colleagues and the laser games was super fun. Not cheap, but the maze is cool and facilities are decent. Bear in mind that there are 20 suits available, so unless you want to wait (quite a bit!!!), there's no guarantee that you have the place to yourself for the booked time, that is, groups may be combined. Also, in between the two (exhausting!) games people asked for tap water, but after the first two received it we were told we'd need to order something if more people wanted water. The games itself apparently don't count as an order. Because we had limited time, we went to the bathroom instead. After it was clear we weren't ordering drinks we were ignored for the remainder of the visit.
So, a different perspective on service. If you don't want to wash glasses just put a tap somewhere where people can help themselves, or at least be less rude and take a moment to explain your policy.
