Filmtheater and a cafe combo make this a wonderful place to hang out with friends, play cards, games, eat and drink. A lot of sitting area. The theater is worth seeing as it is very old but be sure to check whether the movie has subtitles on it because most of the time they're in Dutch.

Watched blade runner 2049 here. Very cool retro theater with bar attached. Tickets are affordable and shows movies in original language.

Cute bar serving beers and coffees. Quirky student hangout, with some sofas and boardgames. They also have food! There is a gorgeous cinema attached showing indie films and new releases. Definitely one of my favourite places in Amsterdam!
