Awful. So loud at night it's impossible to sleep. Staff not helpful at all and didn't offer us another room. Room itself is outdated, damp and unclean. Only plus is location.

This hotel is one of the most famous hotel in Thames Kathmandu. There are many falsities and good servicing. every staff of that hotel are really kind and helpful. rwally love these guyz and that hotel.[

We ended up staying here for over 12 days! The guys are all really friendly, they tried to teach me some Nepali but just ended up laughing at my attempts...
The rooms are stranded but clean and comfortable. We stayed in 301 which was great.
The bathrooms are all big enough & clean.
There free wifi reach all rooms even reach till to roof top where there are chairs to chill out.
We would definitely recommend staying!

Good location! The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Staffs is very helpful. free tea, coffee and mineral water, free breakfast. Free high speed internet. Free pick up services. With modern and stylish furniture, air condition.
