All good except the online reservation. IDK why users are forced via third party loyalty program.

Good movie experience. But, they haven't changed the screens and seats in years. With competition from BSR movies, they still haven't improved on their sound and screen. The 3D is atrociously bad. Would rather watch in 2D. I don't like the technical staffs. Sometimes, they cancel tickets reservations a day before movie showtime and many problems with the app. Another one being the most copy paste reply when I ask a question in Facebook.
